Yoga Therapy

A more non-traditional approach to healing incorporating eastern and western healing modalities to address what has you stopped or in pain. Individualized, 1:1 sessions can be in person or virtual. Sessions often include yoga postures to improve strength, mobility, decrease pain; pranayama (breathing exercises); and meditation.

    1:1 sessions providing you with the therapist’s full attention and all the tools and resources needed to achieve your goals. Our Seattle location is located in North Seattle. Please contact me for further information.

  • Telehealth Visits

    Created for your busy schedule and meeting you wherever you are. Telehealth sessions are just as focused as in-person sessions. They can also be a great transition once we have worked together in-person, as a periodic check in, answer any questions and continue learning.
