Join for an all levels Vinyasa offered both in person in the studio or virtually via Zoom!
Each will include a 45 minute all levels vinyasa yoga class, a Yoga Nidra session (full body relaxation via progressive relaxation techniques), and a Metta meditation class. We will also incorporate a brief journaling and intention session!
Class time is Wednesdays from 4:00-5:00 PM PST.
How to Prepare
Come dressed for yoga! Bring your yoga mat, a journal, and a pen. Before you come, spend a couple of minutes identifying a few areas of your life where you would like to create powerful change.
